What is The Label Studio?
The Label Studio is a planner sticker brand dedicated to providing high-quality, functional, and aesthetically modern stickers to help you organize and beautify your life.
Is The Label Studio related to Piper Paper Company?
Yes, The Label Studio is the new evolution of the brand formerly known as Piper Paper Company, which operated from 2015 to 2022. We’ve taken years of experience and customer feedback to create this new, refined brand focusing on elevated essentials.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we are an online-only shop. We operate entirely through our website and ship directly to you!
Where are your products made?
Our stickers are printed and packaged right here in Braselton, GA.
Orders & Shipping
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, shop pay and google pay.
How long will it take to process my order?
Our current processing time is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, but we will be in the future!
My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
Please allow 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking number to update in the carrier's system. If it still hasn't updated after that time, please contact us at shopthelabelstudio@gmail.com and we'll investigate!
Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
We try to process orders quickly! If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us immediately at shopthelabelstudio@gmail.com We cannot guarantee changes, but we will do our best if the order hasn't been printed or packaged yet.
Products & Quality
What kind of material are your stickers printed on?
Our stickers are printed on premium matte sticker paper for vibrant colors and easy writing. We always aim for a paper that offers high-quality feel and crisp print.
Will your stickers fit in my planner?
Our stickers are sized to fit a wide variety of popular planners such as Erin Condren and Happy Planner.
Are your stickers removable or permanent?
Unless otherwise stated, our stickers use permanent adhesive to ensure they stay secure on your planner pages throughout the year.
Are the colors I see on screen accurate?
We do our best to ensure our photos accurately represent the sticker colors. However, due to variations in monitor settings, the colors may appear slightly different in person.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the items we do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my stickers arrived damaged or I received the wrong item?
We apologize for any error! Please contact us at shopthelabelstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.
